segarnya >>>> huhuhaha

ari ni mmg terasa segar sbb dapat berpeluh2 glr,
almost 3 weeks no joggng, no exercise, no badminton..no nothing,
today played badminton for 2hrs...a bit skipping...
uhhhhh....sweating man...real 1
so fresh...so barly lemon....


but d problem is....i'm yet to feel hungry...even aftr d 2 hrs playing,
how la like that.. = losing weight again???


now i'm forcing myself to eat...
eating bread + bananas.....shd be enough la kot..
hopefully my weight x going down,
will weight tomorrow la...


whtever it is....exercise is stll d best...i luv it..
keep fit n increase stamina.....want a challenge???

mmg la 2 kebnaran nya....d more exercse u do..d better la..
lbh2 lg kpd yg terlebih2 nombor timbangan.
pyakit pun xsuke nau nak menjenguk2...buang masa dy je..


syukur pd Allah gak sbb beri kesihatan yg baik,
so far no penyakit.....(yg ada sakit ati je...tpi cntrol cool je sedaya upaya)
alhamdullillah...sumenya terbaek.
